1st House,Officers Line
It was almost 5.15 when I got there , the sun had still not set and I thought the light was sufficient to take some pictures. There was a small gate on the side of the House,I thought I could access it from there. But,It was locked and was well within the vicinity of the army guys – The Jammu and Kashmir’s 5th Batallion is stationed here. I walked around and thought I would ask the house owner. The lady I met said she too has been living there for 36 years and tresspasing that house and taking photographs could be sensitive ,coz it was close to the army guys. eeeks! She was true..A few guys have been taken away from that area on grounds of suspicion..hmm…When Assam Rifles were stationed.
I took some time inspecting on how to get into the house, the front wall was all covered with plants and weeds.Luckily a part of the compound on the sides had been replaced with hollow blocks. It could have been risky but I jumped into the house from the side! This had taken enough time (more than 20 mins) and it was already low on light
.

This is the first picture I took before getting in. Looks like the home of the Adam's Family.

Radiant Flowers,Dead Tree and a Haunted House !! I tried to get poetic with this snap..But I guess I goofed up with the angle!

Rear of the home - Kolla Pakkam!

I reached this small room thru the rear. The roof (oodu) had been broken away..The entry of light through the broken roof looked more splendid.

There was noway into the house from this room. The bushes had grown into the house and on the doors,I could not push them open.I climbed on the sides and snapped this.

I traced back and tried to reach the front of the home.Maneuvering bushes as tall as me, I reached the sides and clicked a few.The others are too dark.

This window was more than 5 feet in height..I sneaked through!!

The three windows overlooking the Road.Must be splendid in the morning hours.

I had this to my left.A door must have been there, Every step I took inside here,I felt as though I was stamping Snakes !! The floor was full of twigs and slender plants which gave the sense of snakes.

Gushing Bushes! - These dense plants were simply overflowing from everywhere!

Looks like a fairy tale snap!! Must have been the the beautiful girl's window.
By this time, I had received enough bites from little insects and scratches from the throny plants around…It had got dark and was frequently shaken by the whistle of the electric train..I was also afraid of being seen by the army guys and stamping snakes !! .. I jumped out again and walked away silently to my bike and got home !
I m sure,I have not taken the best of the pictures inside ..but I m atleast happy,I saw it from the inside.
